Cancellations received at any time will incur an administration fee from the Bendigo Visitor Centre of $27.50Karcilways Cancellation/Refund Policy is Within 24 to 48 hours of arrival NO REFUND. Re-booking will be considered for available dates. Within 3 to 28 days of arrival 50% REFUND will apply. Re-booking will be considered for available dates without penalty. Over 29 days of arrival FULL REFUND will apply.

From the Visitor Centre in Heathcote: Head south towards Melbourne, travel approximately 3 kms and turn left into Nagambie road. Travel 3 kms and take the second street to the right, Horsburgh Crt. Karcilway is on your right.
