Offering 8 services a day on weekdays, and 6 services a day on weekends and public holidays. No services Christmas Day.
PLEASE phone the Visitor Information Centre on 1800 813 153 to book and confirm pick up in Kangaroo Flat (Opposite Aldi, High Street), Harcourt (Opposite the General Store on Harmony Way), Malmsbury (General Store), Kyneton (Information Centre, Jean Haynes Park), Woodend (In front of the clock tower, High Street near Habitat) or Gisborne (In front of Westpac Bank).
We also cater for group bookings to and from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport.
Pro-rata fares available if you are travelling from Malmsbury (General Store), Kyneton (Information Centre, Jean Haynes Park), Woodend (In front of Clock Tower, High Street near Habitat) or Gisborne (In front of Westpac Bank). Please phone the Visitor Centre on 1800 813 153 to process.
Luggage - Limit of 1 large bag and 1 small bag per passenger. Additional items will incur an extra charge.
The stop in Harcourt will be the closest stop for passengers travelling to and from Castlemaine and Chewton.

From Malmsbury: Buses depart Malmsbury General Store, 87 Mollison Street, Malmsbury
From Kyneton: Buses depart Kyneton Visitor Information Centre, Bourke Street. Kyneton
From Woodend: Buses depart Clock Tower (Old Post Office), 102 High Street. Woodend
From Gisborne: Buses depart Gardiner Reserve, 33 Aitkin Street. Gisborne
From Melbourne: Buses depart Terminal 4 Multi-Story Car Park, Ground Floor, Bus Bay 15

To access the bus service please present a printed copy of your itinerary OR display of the itinerary on your smart device OR photo identification to the driver.
Airport Service Cancellation Policy:
Tickets are fully transferable and are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. We will provide a full refund on a fare paid less fare used basis less an administration fee of $10.00 on any unused sector providing the ticket is presented within 12 months of the date of the purchase
Bendigo Airport Service reserves the right to cancel the service or to alter or substitute routes timetables itineraries schedules carriers in any way it considers necessary or advisable.
Refunds will be made at the discretion of the company who at all times reserves the right to charge cancellation fees and booking fees.
