Artists and craftspeople now call the region home and this is the base from which they create their artworks.  There’s an appreciation of the finer things in life in Heathcote and this is adding to the vibrancy.  Local galleries showcase their works and offer the visitor a chance to see a broad range of styles and mediums.

The Mudbrick Motley is a dynamic amateur theatre group that sets out to create opportunities for participation in all aspects of theatrical performance in the local Heathcote community.   There’s also an active Film Group where people with an interest in film can nuture their passion.
