Point of difference
The Redesdale has a simple philosophy. Use the best local and organic produce to create seasonal food properly. From Hardwicks meats, to prized local game and fish, our food miles are reduced, providing a genuine taste of what this region has to offer. Organic vegetables, fruit and nuts also travel short distances and for the main part are procured from our wonderful gardens; while hand-made pasta, bread, biscuits, ice cream and yoghurt are churned out of our kitchen regularly.

Special events
Peter and Suzanne Williams, the owners of The Redesdale and Redesdale Estate Vineyard will be opening up their wonderful estate to the public as part of Australias Open Garden Scheme. This wonderful event will take place in March, and for further details, please stay tuned to this page or The Redesdales website and facebook page. Their gardens, now an annual part of Australias Open Garden scheme, have a Mediterranean influence, with the stonewalls, olive vases, olive trees, lavenders and hedges. Rolling hills, eucalypt stands, rose gardens and fish filled streams are just part of the perfect escape recipe of Redesdale. In 2005, James Halliday featured Redesdale Estate in his Ten of the Best New Wineries.
