Art works from the NGV Collection will visit Bendigo Art Gallery for a one off event not to be missed. Experience art and food in a unique way as you enjoy specially-curated food and beverage experiences alongside talks by chefs and gallery curators.

BENDIGO BLUES TRAM & UNDERGROUND BANQUET

Begin the evening with a beverage at Rocks’, before ambling down to the Bendigo Blues Tram. Experience an up close and personal performance, with one of Victoria’s finest contemporary blues artists. Returning you back to the restaurant to feast on, a three course banquet dinner, with six shared savoury dishes and dessert selection to die for.

A FISH OUT OF WATER

The Rocks on Rosalind courtyard will be turned into a festival for seafood lovers where you can buy a multi-dish pass and try everything on offer as the menu keeps changing throughout the day. Watch the outdoor wok sizzle, meet the local fishmonger, graze your day away on Ben's signature seafood dishes, complete with live music and great company.

NATIVE AND NATURAL FLAVOUR FEST

Celebrated indigenous chef Mark Olive will showcase indigenous food sources and cuisines, presenting his food along with workshops, demonstrations and locally produced wine and beer.

HOW TO DRINK (INSIDER'S GUIDE)

Melbourne's laneway bar and drinks expert, The Age Epicure writer and Australian Gourmet Traveller columnist Michael Harden, joins renowned Central Victorian drinks expert and boozehound Tim Baxter, for an afternoon of education, imbibing, frivolity and demystification of drink culture. Decadent food will be served as we light-heartedly teach you all the insider secrets about how to make drinks properly.

PICNIC WITH THE MAD HATTER
Sunday 15 MARCH

10:00am-4:00pm @ Bendigo Botanic Gardens
We love a Mad Hatter’s picnic, and Food Fossickers will bring together the region’s very best food producers, restaurants, wineries and breweries to present a delicious day for the whole family.

A sell out event in 2014 located in the shade of the Bendigo Botanic Gardens. The festival will feature more than thirty vendors providing a range of food and beverage tastings, hawker-style dishes and family friendly games and entertainment.

Bring a picnic rug or folding chair and settle in for a day in the park. Build your own picnic or just eat your way around the local offerings, from olives and cheeses to fine fare from the region’s leading restaurants.
