EPOCH GROVE is known by our guests as a magical land with a comfortable, country home.

THE EPOCH EXPERIENCE:
• Stunning sunset deck views overlooking prized Heathcote vineyards.
• Private olive grove and vineyard just for you!
• Comfortable country two storey home designed with an eclectic feel that can meet the needs of many who love comfort, adventure and creativity.
• There are 5 spacious rooms for up to 12 people. Upstairs there are 2 queen beds on the same level as the kitchen, lounge and bathroom (2 toilets and one shower). Downstairs has 1 queen, 2 singles and 2 bunk beds for 4 people including a bathroom (Upstairs and downstairs are separated by an outside staircase).
• Fruit trees ripe for guests to enjoy when in season
• Super fast internet
• Projector for those late night movies overlooking the vineyard and majestic dam. Note that we do not use a TV so it’s best you bring a laptop to connect to the projector.
• Split system air conditioner upstairs and fan upstairs. Downstairs is better insulated for the hot months. Fans and heaters can be provided for individual rooms if requested.
• Indoor fireplace in the upstairs lounge room.
• Outdoor fire oven and coal BBQ.
• Over 30 acres of camping space amongst grapevines.
• Private access to the Heathcote-Greytown National Park
• Sheep grazing in the paddock for those animal lovers out there!
Things to note:
EPOCH GROVE is a working farm with farm machinery and uneven land. As this is also a country farm, there may be snakes in the summertime.
Please take care and if you have young children.

Guest access
Guests have access to:
- 4 bedroom home
- 3 toilets and 2 showers within the house
- Fruit orchards
- 40 acres of majestic land including olive groves and vineyard
- Heathcote-Greytown National Park next door

*For retreat groups who would like to use the workshop space, there is an additional cost of $150 per day to receive the following in addition to the standard house and land:
- 7m x7m workshop space
