Byronsvale is a historic vineyard and accommodation property located in Maiden Gully, just 7 km from Bendigo's city centre.
Description
Set on a private, peaceful farmland estate surrounded by bushland and adjoining Bendigo State Forest, Byronsvale is home to three superbly restored, self-contained apartments housed within heritage-listed stone stables.
Each apartment has its own private entrance and fully equipped kitchen, ideal for self-catering and perfect for putting together a relaxed meal with family or friends.
Original sandstone walls, flagstone and parquetry floors, and exposed timber beams run throughout, paired with fine linen, quality toiletries, and in-room coffee machines for a thoughtful, comfortable stay.
Guests are welcomed to an abundance of birdlife and wildlife across the property, along with a warm hello from the resident shih tzu Soda & miniature Irish donkeys.
Wind down beside the outdoor fire, take a dip in the magnesium pool, or borrow one of the property's bikes to explore the surrounding trails.
Guests can also arrange a gourmet breakfast basket filled with locally sourced produce, ready to enjoy in the privacy of their own apartment.
Byronsvale is only seven kilometres from the Bendigo CBD, making it an easy base for exploring the city's renowned art precinct, cafés, and the wider Goldfields region — while still offering complete rural seclusion at the end of the day.
Whether it's a couple's weekend away, a family gathering, or a group of friends booking all three apartments together, Byronsvale offers a heritage stay unlike anywhere else in Bendigo.
