Description

The modern kitchen has all amenities, including gas hotplates, electric oven and new microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Along with tea, coffee and sugar, I have included a range of pantry staples such as flour, oil, vinegar, rice, pasta, tinned products, long life milk and cream and a range of dried herbs if you are keen to cook local produce. There is an island bench, and a wide range of platters, boards and bowls that make it perfect for entertaining.

The main lounge area has two 3-seater leather couches, a new 50” LCD television, DVD player and DVD’s. The sunroom has a sofa (bed) that looks out to the garden. Double sliding doors lead out from the sunroom to a covered timber alfresco deck with a private view of the beautiful native garden. There is an outdoor setting of table and chairs, a coffee table set, and a large gas BBQ. Off-street parking is available under a carport and there is plenty of parking outside the property. Great location, overlooking Bendigo creek reserve, with walking tracks that cover all that Bendigo CBD has to offer. Less than 1KM from the Bendigo train station and CBD. The Brougham Arms, a very popular local pub is a 5-minute walk (400 metres) and other great pubs and restaurants are also close by. 3-minute drive to Bendigo Tafe, 5-minute drive to Bendigo Hospital and Lake Weeroona.

Cancellations received at any time will incur an administration fee from the Bendigo Visitor Centre of $27.50.

Havlin House allow cancellations up until 5 days prior to arrival. Within 5 days notice the first night and 50% of each additional night is non-refundable. No refunds available within 48 hours of check-in date.
