Our menu is Modern Australian cuisine season-led, produce-driven, and always crafted with care.

We work closely with passionate small-scale farmers, fishers, and growers who treat the land (and sea) with the respect it deserves. All our seafood is native, ethically wild-caught or responsibly farmed because we believe good food starts with good choices.

At the heart of it all, Our wood-fired hearth. It’s where premium meats and seafood meet flame, adding just the right kiss of smokiness and a little fire-kissed drama to every plate.

It’s honest food with a refined twist led by the seasons, elevated by technique, and always celebrating the natural beauty of every ingredient.

Le Foyer Cocktail Bar

Perched above Queen Street with just the right amount of allure, our new cocktail bar is a seductive nod to the golden age of drinking where the cocktail, the bartender, and yes, the drinker, are all part of the show.

About

Inspired by the intimate charm of old-world European bars, it’s a space made for lingering low lights, good company, and cocktails that flirt with tradition while teasing something unexpected.

The drinks? She’s the star. Think: the French Martini (Clarified) silky Mountain Vodka, Marionette Crème de Mure, and pineapple, crystal-clear and dangerously smooth. Or the Lily of the Valley, a heady mix of French gin, Lillet Blanc, Marionette Orange, and a whisper of Yellow Chartreuse. Tempting, no?

To keep things interesting, our snacks are anything but shy; beef tartare, golden buttermilk fried chicken with aioli piment and sobrasada, the ever-craveable prawn and sesame toastie, and a dreamy lineup of cheeses (because some things are better shared). Finish with a molten chocolate soufflé if you’re not already in love, you will be.
