Situated on 50 acres of stunning land, just 400 meters away from the Loddon River, Learmonths Place is a gorgeous retreat for the whole family. Tastefully renovated in keeping with the history of the property, the Farmhouse offers modern conveniences with period details and can cater for up to nine people with three bedrooms (the main with ensuite), central bathroom, lounge, kitchen and a return verandah..
Enjoy the tranquility of country living where nature lovers will be in their happy place with fishing, swimming & water sports in the Loddon River or explore the property, go for a hike and enjoy the plentiful bird life. At night, build a fire in the pit, pull up a chair, toast some marshmallows and enjoy the pristine skies as you stargaze to your hearts content.
For the Foodies, the Loddon Valley Region features some of the best fresh produce in the world including olives, tomatoes, fruit, salt, nuts, olive oil, meats, and of course the famous Laucke mill in Bridgewater, the 100 year old mill that produces what many consider to be the worlds finest bread making flour. Visit the local wineries of the region and book in a tasting, or explore the historic goldrush towns. Wrap up your adventures in Bridgewater and visit the iconic Bridgewater Hotel.

Directions
From the Alexandra Fountain in Bendigo: Turn into View st, at the next set of lights turn left into Barnard st. At the third set of lights turn left into Marong Rd (follow the signs to Mildura). Continue through Maiden Gully, and then Marong, travel approximately 20 kms. Just after the Bridgewater football ground turn left into Bridgewater Maldon Rd. (Follow signs to Newbridge). Travel 7km along this road; you will find Learmonths Place on the right just before the bridge.

Main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, second bedroom with queen bed, third bedroom with double bed and bunk (double with single above). Second bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Fully equipped country style kitchen with stove and microwave, and dining area. Separate lounge furnished with leather suite, flat screen TV with DVD. Split system heating and cooling, shady verandahs to enjoy the afternoon sunshine. Enjoy the outdoors with a BBQ and setting to relax on.
Cancellations received at any time will incur an administration fee from the Bendigo Visitor Centre of $27.50.
Learmonths Place accepts cancellations up until 7 days prior to arrival, after this time no refund will be available.
When booking for 2 or less guests only one bedroom will be made available. Additional fees will apply for access to the second bedroom please contact the Bendigo Visitor Centre on 1800 813 153 to arrange at the time of booking.
Please note that a Group Booking cancellation policy may apply. The Group Booking cancellation policy will be forwarded to the nominated representative in writing from the Bendigo Visitor Centre and will void the above conditions.
