Chefs and life partners, Sonia and Nick Anthony opened Masons of Bendigo in 2012. It soon became the hospitality beating heart of Bendigo.
Open for 13 years, Masons of Bendigo was a pivotal part of championing Central Victorian seasonal produce. Fast forward to 2026, it's time to launch a new chapter : Masons Bendigo.
