Three Dams Estate is a small batch, boutique vineyard and winery specialising in sustainably produced, Spanish wine varietals, including Tempranillo, Grenache, Monastrell, Grenache Blanc as well as Malbec and Shiraz.

Our award winning, estate-grown varietals are organically produced and made using traditional methods. No fining or filtering and minimal sulphur additions create wines of delicacy and finesse. No added anything, just the passion and love for making great wines.

"No Prisa Loca" Established in 2008, the Three Dams Estate vision was to create a peaceful, off-grid retreat to escape from the fast-paced city lifestyle and to reconnect to nature. No Prisa Loca is a wonderfully Spanish expression that roughly translates to "no mad rush." It's an ethos that perfectly captures the spirit of Three Dams Estate where you can enjoy good wine, good food and good company. Visit us to enjoy a taste of Spain in Heathcote at the Cellar Door and Spanish Cantina, with a curated menu offering tapas-inspired dishes, paella and pizza, utilising home-grown and locally sourced produce where possible, all perfectly matched to the easy-drinking Spanish varietals.

The Cantina and Cellar Door are open on the first and third Saturday of the month from midday.
