Stars & Bars Festival is an epic magical mystery musical bus tour, part winery/brewery tour exploring legendary locales in and around Heathcote in Central Victoria, for two-days, Friday 17th & Saturday 18th April.

Our legendary locales are more than just pubs, breweries and wineries; they are hand-picked, immersive spaces with their own stories to tell, perfectly suited for musical performances with a mix of indoor and outdoor stages back dropped with stunningly serene vistas.

This year's journey takes you to The Redesdale Hotel, award-winning wineries Sanguine Estate and Munari Wines, Envy Distilling as well as Heathcote main street mainstays, The Watering Hole and Palling Bros. Brewery.

We have ramped up the revolution and scoured the galaxy to deliver a star-studded lineup with a slight cosmic tinge. Artists include O.R.B, Immigrant Union, Bud Rokesky, The High Street Drifters, Acid Arrow, Elly Mck and The Unbelievers, Grim Fawkner, Alister Turrill, Matt Bourke, Leslie D.King + special guest DJ Chunky Love.

The festival allows you to reunite with mates old & new at the Friday Night Family Dinner at The Watering Hole Heathcote with a purpose built indoor / outdoor stage in the beer garden. 

The Heathcote Express Bus Tour will roll out Saturday 18th April, where you'll enjoy a guided magical mystery music tour of the Heathcote region. We'll travel to The Redesdale Hotel for an early lunch & beer garden performance, then onto Sanguine Estate for wine tasting and a cellar door show amongst rolling hills and vineyard vistas. Followed by a much-requested return journey to Munari Winery for tastings paired with afternoon tea for a golden hour set before arriving at our final destination, Palling Bros Brewery, for the Evening Session including a pop-up cocktail bar Envy Distilling.

A new Bendigo Boomerang Bus Service has been added this year, departing from Bendigo Train Station at 9:45am and delivers festival goers to Heathcote with a return service departing Palling Bros Brewery at 11pm arriving back to Bendigo Train Station around midnight.
