Bask in the beauty of Heathcote’s rolling hills as McIvor Estate co-owner Cynthia Harbor shares her Sardinian heritage with an abundant feast of her family's traditional dishes. Using produce sourced from the local Heathcote region will consist of a four course menu.

The main event will be locally reared suckling pork, slow-roasted in McIvor Estate's wood-fired oven and continuously basted with a special Sardinian herb blend, served with local winter vegetables alongside braised radicchio and fennel.
