Celebrated indigenous chef Mark Olive will showcase indigenous food sources and cuisines, presenting his food along with workshops, demonstrations and locally produced wine and beer.
Affectionately known as The Black Olive, Mark will prepare a menu highlighting the flavours of the Australian bush, along with workshops, demonstrations and locally produced wine and beer.
