With reduced fares and increased services, it’s easy to catch the train to Bendigo - the express service is just over 90 minutes from Melbourne.
The new VLocity trains are sleek and smooth and a perfect way to sit back, relax and enjoy the landscape. From Melbourne there are currently 20 services a day on weekdays, 15 on Saturdays and 12 on Sundays. You’ll pass through Gisborne, Macedon, Woodend, Kyneton, Malmsbury and Castlemaine, so you might just need to plan a longer trip! With connecting services from Mildura, Echuca, Swan Hill, Maryborough and Daylesford we really are the centre of Victoria.
